We assist with the professional coordination required to locate, secure, and reposition aircraft following loan default, lease termination, lien enforcement, or contractual recovery events.

 

Safeline Aviation’s role is to support asset recovery in a controlled, discreet, and operationally sound manner, while coordinating closely with legal and insurance stakeholders throughout the process.

 

Our aircraft locating and repossession services are available within approximately 500 nautical miles by air of Southern Nevada, allowing for efficient response across the western and southwestern United States and adjacent regions.

Safeline Aviation assists asset holders with locating aircraft when ownership or possession issues arise. Locating services may include:

 

• Review of aircraft registration and ownership records

• Operational assessment of likely aircraft location

• Coordination with maintenance facilities, storage locations, and operators

Locating activities are conducted in coordination with the asset holder and their legal representatives.

Once legal authority to recover the aircraft is established, Safeline Aviation provides operational coordination to support repossession activities, including:
